Orders may be placed online at www.skfinejewelry.com at any time and via phone at 347-210-6264 Monday-Friday 10 am-5 pm EST.
Once we have received your order, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging the details of your order. This email is a recognition that we have received your requested order. Please note that this does not guarantee the availability of the merchandise and that ALL ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. Although we make every effort to feature in-stock pieces in our online boutique, occasionally we may sell out of featured items. If we are unable to complete your order, you will be notified via email within 24 hours and will not be charged for orders that cannot be fulfilled.
If an item is not in stock, a representative will contact you with an estimated delivery date. Estimated delivery times for items not in stock are typically between two and four weeks. If the item is completed before the expected delivery date, it will ship when ready. You will be notified via email when your order ships.
SONYA K. reserves the right at any time to accept, decline, or limit your order for any reason, whether or not your credit card has been charged. If applicable, your order will be refunded in the original form of payment. If your credit card has been charged and your order is canceled, we will immediately issue a refund to your credit card account in the amount of the charge and notify you that your order was canceled.
Orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. All orders require a signature upon delivery. Please make sure you are available to sign for your order when it is delivered, as you are solely responsible for the acceptance of your order upon delivery. We insure all packages against theft and accidental damage in transit. Once the package is delivered and signed for, we are no longer liable. SONYA K. is not responsible for delayed delivery, or any other issues once your order leaves SONYA K.. If your order is sent back to SONYA K. by the shipping company for failure to deliver, you will be required to pay for the re-shipment of your order.
SONYA K. does not charge sales tax for orders delivered in the United States except for deliveries in the state of New York, in which applicable sales tax will be added to the order amount.
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 5 pm will be processed that day and ship within one business day if the item is in stock. Orders placed on Friday after 3 pm or over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday. Holiday orders will ship the next business day.
We do not currently offer Saturday delivery.
US orders qualify for complimentary next-day shipping and require a signature upon receipt.

We offer insured shipping to many worldwide destinations via FedEx/DHL, please contact us at email@example.com and we will have a sales representative contact you to assist with your international order.
All international orders are subject to shipping taxes, customs, duties, and fees based on the destination country and the item(s) ordered. The recipient of the shipment is responsible for all import fees. Applicable duties, taxes, and fees will be collected at the time of delivery.
