Repairs

At SONYA K. quality and craftsmanship is of our most concern. If you should experience the need for repair on any piece of SONYA K. jewelry please contact repairs@skfinejewelry.com. Please include your name, address, order number and repair issue. We will provide you with a repair authorization number which must be clearly labeled on the package. 

SONYA K. will repair at no charge damage caused by manufacturing defect within 180 days of receipt of purchase. Repairs needed after 180 days or deemed to be caused by misuse will incur a repair charge at customer's expense. Repairs will be assessed on an individual basis and communicated prior to the beginning of the repair process.

We will only accept repair for items purchased on www.skfinejewelry.com. Repairs for items purchased at one of our retailers must be returned trough the original point of purchase.
