Returns and Exchanges

For domestic orders, SONYA K. will accept merchandise back in its original condition for a refund or exchange only if the return is initiated within 72 hours of receipt of your order. Any requests made after 72 hours of receipt will not be accepted.

All International orders are FINAL SALE.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at +1( 347) 210-6284 or orders@skfinejewelry.com with details of your online order. We will provide a prepaid shipping label and will assist in arranging a courier collection.

Please note that we cannot accept jewelry that has been worn, used, altered, or damaged. All pieces will be subject to a quality control inspection, and the original packaging must be intact. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the piece received is determined to be damaged.

Please note that all custom orders, including pieces with personalization or any ring that has been resized for your order, are FINAL SALE.

Please note that returns and exchanges must be made directly through SONYA K.. Any other associate department store, boutique or online store that carries SONYA K. will not accept items purchased from SONYA K.'s online store.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt.
